The M.Sc Speech Language Pathology program focuses on advanced study of speech, language and communication disorders. Students are trained to assess, diagnose and manage communication difficulties in children and adults. The program combines theoretical learning with extensive clinical training, preparing graduates to work in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, clinics and special education settings.
The M.Sc Speech Language Pathology is a 2-year postgraduate program consisting of 4 semesters including coursework, clinical practicum and dissertation.
Students study advanced subjects related to speech disorders, language development, neurological communication disorders, voice disorders and dysphagia.
Extensive hands-on clinical training is provided through supervised therapy sessions, hospital exposure and rehabilitation centre practice.
Students complete a dissertation project which develops research skills and contributes to evidence-based speech therapy practices.
BASLP, B. Sc in Speech and Hearing, or an equivalent degree from any recognized Indian or overseas university.
